What Is Coaching & What Type Of Coaching Do You Offer?

Life Coaching is the act of supporting an individual/(s) with their needs, goals and pushing them to their desired place of excellence. As for myself, I am a Certified Life Coach but I am also a Mentor and a Teacher. Similarly, a Mentor is the role of being a divine voice of wisdom, advice and guidance towards a mentee/(s). 
As for my Coaching services, I can aid you in the following areas: Faith, Inner Healing, Femininity & Etiquette, Personal Development and Business Start-Up Support.

How And Where Do I Book A Session?

On the top of my Website navigation bar, place your cursor on the 'Services' option. You should then see a drop down menu with a page saying 'Book Now'. If you click on the ‘Book Now’ option, it will take you directly to my booking page. 
 
Alternatively, you can directly click on the 'Services' option and once you enter the actual Services Page, you can click the button underneath the title (‘Coaching & Publishing Services’) which says 'Book Now'. This hyperlinked sub-heading will take you directly to my booking page as well.

Once you arrive onto my booking page, the instructions will guide you on how to go about booking a slot!

Question 3

I Am Not A Christian. Can I Still Come To You For Coaching?

Of Course! Although most of my advice stems from Biblical principles and flowing in the wisdom & revelation which I believe I receive from the Holy Spirit, I can most definitely be of support to people who do not belong to the Christian faith.

Question 4

How Can I Be Sure That Our Coaching Sessions Will Be Confidential?

Confidentiality is so important and I want to honour my clients with this. Therefore upon booking a Paid Coaching Session with me, you will be sent a Welcome Pack along with a Confidentiality Agreement Form which both you and I will sign. This agreement will confirm and seal that everything discussed within our sessions, that all information will be 100% protected and will not be shared with external parties.

How Much Do You Charge?

Your Initial 45-Minute Consultation with me is Free.
 
A 1-Hour Audio Coaching Session is £15 / 75 AED, and a 1-Hour Video Coaching Session is £25 / 125 AED.

Question 6

Do You Have A Pay-Later System?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, this is not an option at the moment. Payments are made before you have your session.
 
However, I do have a window of grace for you! Once you receive your booking confirmation email with the payment link, I will give you 24 hours to make the payment to officially confirm your timeslot.

Question 7

Do You Offer Student Discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes! As I was a student myself, I know how beneficial Student Discounts are! If you are a College/University Student, I will give you £3 off / 15 AED off from my Coaching Services. ID Verification will be required upon making your payment.

Question 8

Do You Work With All Ages, Females & Males?

Accepted Answer

I am able work with all ages! My Coaching services mainly attract females but depending on the case, I can work with males also. If you are a male, you can book a Free Consultation with me and we will discuss your needs. However, if I discern that your case may need a male counterpart, I will refer you to another male Coach/Mentor who can better assist and support you.

Question 9

Do You Have A Package Deal, Or Offers To Pay For Multiple Sessions At Once?

I do not currently offer package deals, but this will be established in the coming future.

Regarding paying for multiple sessions, you are welcome to book and pay for more than one session at once.

Question 10

I Can't Attend My Coaching Session Anymore. Can I Amend My Booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are more than welcome to amend your appointment. However, please ensure that appointment amendments are made 48 hours in advance.

Question 11

What Happens If I Am Late To My Appointment?

Accepted Answer

If you are running late for your session, please contact me as soon as possible. If you are late by 15 minutes or more, you will have 2 options:
 
Option 1. Rebook your session.
 
Option2. You will have a shortened session, i.e. if your session was for 1 hour and you were 15 minutes late, you will have a 45 minute session instead.

Question 12

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

I kindly ask for any booking cancellations to be made 48 hours in advance. A refund will then be processed.
